Return & Exchange Policy

We deliver anywhere our carriers will ship in the World and the United States.

The products are sent from the warehouses of our logistics provider directly to the address of the client. The delivery time can be up to 30 days, from the moment you make your purchase.

In case of disturbances, civil commotion, war, natural disasters, pandemic or any other event deemed force majeure, the products will be stored and safeguarded by Aladyn and / or its logistics provider, for its later delivery.

Aladyn and his logistics provider will notify of this situation in a timely manner.

In some extraordinary cases, you may need help with a refund. Do not worry, the following information will help you process your return or change request:

No return of merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Call our Customer Service number and speak with a customer solutions representative to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions.

We will refund the amount of your original payment in a maximum of 20 working days after receiving the returned item, following application of the following clauses:

Health Care Products

These products do not qualify for a return or refund.

 

Open Merchandise
"Open" and unused products and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery (*), but will be subject to a 35% restocking fee to cover the cost of testing, cleaning and repacking. .

Simply return the item to us, with prepaid shipping through the freight forwarder. The use of a non-approved shipping method will often result in delays and damages that will affect our ability to process your refund.

Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The returns of open products must be able to be sold with original materials and packaging.

Equipment that has an engine can not be returned once it has been filled with fuel or lubricant due to federal and international shipping regulations. If the product filled with fuel or lubricant, it must be taken to an authorized service center for repair.

Canceled Orders
An order that has been processed can not be canceled.

Items Built to Order
No returns are allowed for products that have been specially designed for you and sent. These items are not stored routinely in our warehouse and, therefore, can not be returned for any reason.

If the product received is faulty, it must be taken to an authorized service center for repair.

Installed Items
Once an item has been installed, it can not be returned. Any damage due to improper installation is the responsibility of you or the installer.

Damaged Products
You should take the time to inspect the goods before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment, you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and for fixing the repair or return of the damaged goods. Claims for damages must be reported immediately.

Suspected Damage
Sometimes, the outer box may be damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect damage, write down "Possible damage to the load" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. In this way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the attention and solution of a freight claim is less problematic.

Obvious Damage
Do not accept or sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, (a) REJECT DELIVERY and (b) call us immediately so we can process the corresponding claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Defective Products
We recommend that you test your product within 15 days after receipt so that we can quickly solve any mechanical problem. If you think your product is defective, do not worry, in most cases, it is a simple problem that can be solved by telephone with the support of our service and technical support advisors.

You can also contact directly the customer service departments of the different manufacturers. They have expert technicians who can help you solve your problem. Have your model number and serial number on hand for faster service.
